Ostenilis a solution containing hyaluronic acid which is injected into the space in a joint that contains synovial fluid. The net result of a treatment cycle is a decrease in joint pain and an improvement in joint function which may last for several months. Ostenil is the only product currently available which is licensed for use in all synovial joints.
