How to apply the IceBand® Shoulder bandage
Insert one of the frozen elements
in each of the two pockets.
Assemble the bandage by
fastening the Velcro,
creating a bandage shaped
brace to fit the shoulder. 
Just follow the red arrows
marked on the bandage.
Apply the IceBand®
to the shoulder
and tighten the
Velcro firmly around the arm.
Then pull the elastic strap
around the chest and
fasten it onto the front flap.
To obtain maximum compression and cooling effect, the IceBand® bandage
assembly should fit as tightly as possible
without being uncomfortable.
